Pretty Princess!

I had the joy of taking this princess' pictures earlier this week. She turned 1 at the beginning of the month and it took until now for our schedules to work. I call her a princess because her daddy says, "she's not a princess she's a ninja!" I told him just for that I will call her princess:-)

She is such a sweetie pie! I am always amazed at how smart kids are! Enjoy the pictures!

1 year!!

Have I said enough how much I love babies and kids? Maybe that is why I watch 8 in my home everyday! On Monday I got to take these adorable children's pictures. The twins had turned 1 last week and big brother got in on the action too. These guys were little troupers, the traveled all the way from Whitman, NE to take pictures.

Baby Coltin isn't so much a baby any more, I was so excited when I got to take his 6 months then his Daddy called me back to do his 1 years. This little guy is a sweet heart! One of my favorite 1 year shoots is "eat the cake" sessions! So fun! and so MESSY!

 I'm learning about new areas of photography and apparently having a blog is something I need to have. This is me starting a blog for my studio. I hope you enjoy the images I post here. you will learn quickly that I am not very good with words I express myself through images so please forgive the lack of well written literature (my big word for the day).
Here is a session I did over Christmas break for a friend's 9 month old.
