Fun at the Lake!

I had the joy of meeting the Guthrie Family earlier this week at their new home on the lake! I had a blast taking this families pictures. Their girls are so pretty and fun to be with!

I have said for quite awhile, "if I could shoot just one subject, it would be babies" I have defiantly gotten a good fill of them lately! This beautiful lady is my cousin and she is due about 4 weeks before me. I had a lot of fun dreaming of ideas for this shoot!

Are you tired of me yet???? I promise this is my last post of the day! :-) So excited for this couple to be on my watch me grow plan too! Their sweet girl will be here in September! And if this girl looks anything like her mama, dad is going to have his hands full keeping away the boys!!!!

ShE sAiD yEs!

I had a wedding this past weekend.....The last one before baby comes! It was a beautiful wedding nicely placed in the middle of a hay meadow....it was warm but really not too bad all in all. I think the fact that it was so beautiful and everyone was so fun to work with I didn't notice the heat:-) I hope you enjoy this little taste of what went on that day!

LOVE MY BABIES!!!!

Are you tired of me saying I love babies yet???? Well, I do. In fact I have always loved babies. When I was younger I thought I wanted to be a nurse because I wanted to deliver babies but then I found out I had to deal with blood and that was never going to happen....Then I thought I would be a teacher because that was the next closest thing to babies.....and I do like teaching but I found that taking pictures of babies is the best of every world! I get to snuggle and love on them and if they cry mama is within reach! LOVE me some baby time!!!!!

Braelee Rae is on my watch me grow plan now so you will get to see her sweet face often!

So Proud!

My Mother is a B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L woman! She has been  through more heart ache and pain in her life then most. After a tragic accident she was left with a 6 week old and 1 1/2 year old to raise on her own. She has been through cancer and so much more! She is STRONG, she is HUMBLE, she has a desire to ENCOURAGE others through what God has taught her. So today she is launching her very own blog!!!! I completely understand the vulnerability of putting yourself out of the world wide web for all to see. It's scary to open yourself up to ridicule. But there are blessing to being open and transparent.

Hampton Family

I enjoy getting to know the quirks and character of my clients the more I get to have them in front of my camera! This session was no different. The Hampton's started coming to me last summer. I can't believe how much Ellie has grown in 1 year. She is quite the mature 2 1/2 year old! I'm sure it has nothing to do with having to big brothers to keep up with!
